FAQs

What is Front Office?

After decades of dressing to impress other people, Ken Sakata runs Front Office, a project designing clothes for quiet personal enjoyment.

High quality fabric from interesting parts of the world, cut and sewn by interesting people to comfortable, flowing shapes. Ideas from sportswear, workwear and military influences. Garments are manufactured in Australia, Portugal and Italy.

What items are made in Australia?

Our shirting and jackets are made in Australia from imported Japanese fabric.

Our ‘All Australian’ range of tee shirts and cotton sportswear are made in Australia. Fabric is made here, cut, sewn, dyed and screen-printed/embroidered in Melbourne.

We also have a deadstock program operating out of Portugal where we utilise fabric from overproduction in the European garment industry. This allows us to have access to ultra-high quality factories and rare fabric.

Items produced overseas are noted in the description.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Half of our orders are international orders. The shipping cost is built into the retail cost, there is no additional shipping fee to consider.

If you are ordering outside Australia, you may owe duty, VAT, or other taxes, based on your local regulations. This fee is between you and your local government, Front Office does not receive any portion of that money.

Do you accept returns/refunds?

Refunds are accepted for wrong/defective items within 14 days. Please contact us at https://360.postco.co/queenslandfc (opens a new window).

For other scenarios, please consult the refund policy at the footer of this website for more information.
