We understand that getting the right fit is crucial, especially when shopping online. We offer detailed garment measurements (laid flat) to help guide your choice. This size chart is located in the last image of the photo gallery.
To maintain fairness and consistency for all customers, we distinguish between two types of issues:
Human Error – Not Eligible for Refund or Return
These include measuring garments incorrectly, choosing the wrong size, and minor differences due to natural tolerance within factory specs. For example: a garment measuring 1–2 cm differently from the size chart is not considered faulty.
Genuine Manufacturing Fault – Eligible for Exchange or Refund
This applies only if the garment differs from the size chart by more than 2.5 cm in any key dimension, there is a construction or sewing fault (e.g. torn seams, incorrect waistband, broken zip), or the garment you received is the wrong size or item.
Our Commitment to Fairness
We stand behind the quality of our garments. If you believe your item has a genuine manufacturing fault, please use our returns portal to submit your claim with photos. We'll review your case promptly and offer an exchange or refund accordingly.

Use our returns portal at https://frontoffice.co/apps/returns to initiate your return or exchange. Please note that return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and items must be unworn and in original condition.
