Job Title: Creative Content Producer (Mid-Level)

Job Type: Part-Time (14–24 hours per week)

Pay: $35–$55 AUD per hour, depending on experience

 

Company Overview:

Front Office Co is a contemporary fashion brand based in Melbourne, drawing inspiration from workwear, sportswear, and military styles to create contemporary clothing. We produce video content across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Substack, focusing on garment design history, craftsmanship, and intellectual storytelling. We are looking for a Creative Content Producer to help elevate our video content with engaging visual storytelling, motion graphics, and dynamic production techniques.

 

Position Overview:

As the Creative Content Producer, you will collaborate closely with the brand founder to manage the production process from planning to execution. While the founder retains control over filming and editing the core content, you will be responsible for extra content production, including scheduling, editing, and publishing. You will help bring the brand’s vision to life, ensuring the content aligns with its storytelling and aesthetic. This role is ideal for a mid-level producer with a strong understanding of both technical production and creative storytelling.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pre-Production & Planning:

Manage the content calendar and ensure timely releases across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Substack (Free & Paid).

Plan and coordinate shoots for short and long-form content creation.

2. Shooting & Recording:

Coordinate and film short and long-form content.

3. Editing:

Edit short and long-form content.

4. Uploading, Optimising & Posting:

Ensure videos are uploaded on time across all platforms, optimising formats and specifications for each platform (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Substack).

Add SEO-optimised titles, descriptions, tags, and appropriate hashtags.

5. Thumbnails & Titles:

Create visually appealing thumbnails that align with the brand’s clean, modern aesthetic.

6. Performance Tracking & Analytics:

Track performance of all content (views, engagement, etc.), and provide data-driven insights to adjust content strategy as needed.

 

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in video production and editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.

Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent video editing software. (Adobe After Effects preferred but not required.)

Strong organisational and project management skills, with a focus on efficient production workflows.

Experience in optimising video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.

A creative mindset with the ability to tell compelling stories through video.

Interest in fashion, particularly workwear, sportswear, and military influences.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

 

Desirable Skills:

Experience with fashion or lifestyle content.

Knowledge of SEO best practices for video content.

Understanding of current fashion trends and industry dynamics.

 

Compensation:

$35–$55 AUD per hour, depending on experience.
